To Nourish is to provide with the food or other substances necessary for growth, health, and good condition. How do we nourish ourselves? We can nourish ourselves thru the food we eat, the books we read, the people and places we surround ourselves. Take a journey with me as I attempt to nourish myself and my family in the very depleted world as we travel and eat some healthy delicious food on the road. Not every day is perfect, but not to worry because our power is in the present moment.
